We support career planning for students from special schools, address community resource gaps, and connect business partners as companions—pooling resources to improve job-matching success and help participants integrate into society.

Case Studies

可兒是一位屬於輕度智障的孩子，剛中學畢業的她對於未來還沒有太多的想法。自參加本會的職場實地體驗日後，讓可兒找到人生的方向，她更得到父母鼓勵和支持投身社會。透過本會支援服務，更成功為她配對合適工作，現時於麵包工場的甜品部擔任甜品製作助理，每天能獨自製作出數百杯甜品。

Amy 自小已診斷患有智力障礙的孩子，並有中度的語言障礙。雖然表達能力較低，只能回答簡短答案或以點頭方式表達自己，對工作的流程複雜性的理解稍為困難。自透過本會就業支援服務後，讓她尋找到就業方向，更成功配對合適的工作，投入社會。現時她在一間食品公司任職倉務包裝員，經過培訓後，她能獨自處理整個出品過程，當中包括分類、量度、包裝及檢查品質等。
